His regular day job is in charge of the ‘Customer Experience’ at Price Industries. He manages the education, webinars, and factory visits for all of you fine folks who have made the journey to Price.

Sarcastic? Oh, yeah.
Try to get him off balance while he presents? Good luck, but you can try.
Smart? Well, he was the Director of Noise Control for a time, and was a formal acoustical consultant in NYC.
French? Hard to say if he is or not.
