Sorry, vegans and vegetarians, you won’t like this metaphor. Pretend the meat is tempeh.
Our human brains don’t have the capacity to understand everything. That’s way too much work, and cuts into our Netflix binge watching.
On the other hand, some things are worth our attention.
For me, electrical is something that I just assume is there, waiting for Air Flow’s equipment to arrive and get powered up.
When the training curriculum was put together this year, we decided to dedicate a little bit of time to non-HVAC topics.
Electrical was where we landed.
I’d be lying if I told you I completely understood how power safely gets from the plant to the site to the individual piece of equipment.
So yes, I’m curious how the sausage is made and all the things the electricals do. I don’t want to do it myself, but still curious.
Christopher Ulm from Ring and DuChateau is our guest lecturer and sausage maker. You’re in for a treat.
Lunch will be served but it won’t be sausage. That’s too weird.
See you in class.
