I’ve visited a lot of you over the years. The climate control in some of your offices leaves something to be desired. “It’s not that bad” you say in your own head, as you picture your own uphill walk between school and home (both ways). Something tells me your employees don’t care about that. They just want their own thermostat. Not so different than the boys in the picture. You know the story about the cobbler. We’re not perfect over here either. It took us over 5 years to add a control valve to the reheat coil in our board room. In other offices there’s tape on some diffusers to prove the unit is on. Maybe it’s time we get our houses in order. Good time to think about how comfortable our customers are too. See you in class. |
