Impressive.
You and Elizabeth have something in common.
It takes a lot of discipline to be a power lifter. Protein intake, proper rest, disciplined workouts, and focus.
Amazing, it takes that same kind of rigor to get equipment selected properly. Understanding, proper rest, disciplined work, and of course, focus.
Plus, if I don’t get a decent head count for this training session, I’m going to have to answer to Elizabeth. I don’t like my odds.
