IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR OUTLOOK?

Perhaps you are more on the left, skeptical, when it comes to outlook.

There is nothing right or wrong about it.

There isn’t much you or I can do to change skepticism and become naturally more trusting.

Probably has more to do with DNA and upbringing than anything else.

WHAT IF YOU’RE MORE SKEPTICAL THAN OTHER PEOPLE?

If you’re more skeptical, you’re more apt to use POWER instead of TRUST in your relational dynamics.

But let’s also recognize that trust is a possibility.  Notice that outlook, like the other traits, is a spectrum.  Suckers on the right, skeptics on the left.  The middle is a great place to be.

There are a great many benefits in a trusting relationship, the biggest being your ability to delegate (not abdicate) your responsibilities to work on better outcomes for your projects and customers.

‘Earns Trust’ is a core value at Air Flow.  It is an active verb.  Not doing anything wrong doesn’t cut it.

It’s also a core value, maybe, because I’m a trusting soul and would prefer not to get let down.
