After considering over the years, I am starting my own blog, frequency to be determined.
Many of the posts will relate to leadership and related experiences. There are a lot of books out there on leadership, so my take will be more ‘raw’ and less theoretical.

- Run a small business (Air Flow Inc.) for 21 years, starting when I was 26.
- Owned Air Flow Inc. for 19 years, starting when I was 28.
- Been a member of The Executive Committee (now Leadersmithing) for 12 years
- Grown the business 8x over my time here
- Been married for 17 years while raising 4 kids
- Faced quite a bit of adversity along the way
- Learned a lot about health and fitness along the way
- Worked with many contractors, engineers, and end users, many of whom have become friends
- Listened to thousands of hours of podcasts on business, health, religion, and leadership
