The ghosts of shipments past (Ok, I’m trying make light of a problem) are haunting us.
As you may know, the software we use to run our rep firm links up to our accounting software. That’s good!
As you may have learned, when links between the two get broken, we have problems. That’s bad.
Air Flow has missed, for some time, sending you job reports.
Air Flow also has sent you some old ones that you don’t want.
This probably isn’t news to you. Either way, we’re sorry for the trouble. A lot of time has gone into the solution, but it’s still a problem.
A terrific remedy for this problem is to use our Customer Portal. Here’s a post from the introduction some 10 months ago.
